We always believed that relationship is one of the most complicated, yet most beautiful parts in human life. Often, there are huge differences between the characteristic of different people. No doubt, this is one of the main reasons of causing misunderstanding. Nevertheless, don’t you think that the most wonderful part about relationship is to understand more about people who is different from you? Isn’t that boring if everybody is just the same?
Just recently, the friends around us have been complaining about this certain person. He might be stubborn and sometimes refuse to listen to other people. Of course, this annoyed a lot of people, sometimes even includes us. Initially, people were trying to help him by telling him his problem. But, how could a person change over the night? Ever after many times after everybody keeps telling him, he still behaves the same way.
We know, such behaviour disappoint a lot of people;
We know, everybody is getting very tired dealing with him;
We know, everybody is getting demotivated;
We know, everybody is tired of trying.
Sometimes, we will also feel the same way...
But, we really think that it is unfair for all of you to just jump straight to conclusion by saying that, “he is never going to change and he is never going to listen.” Not even giving him a chance to explain or retry.
Yes, he is stubborn...
Yes, he did not think maturely...
Yes, he always prefers his own way...
But, he also always has his own reasons...
Yes, the reasons might not be 100% correct or useful...
But, at least it did make sense sometimes...
He is just trying to provide more ideas, although he is not as creative as you guys...
All he has been trying to do is just hoping that things can get done, although he is not as organise as you guys...
A person will not change his behaviour in just a few months, he will only improve slowly.
Please do not kill a person without giving him/ her a chance to say his/ her last word.
Be fair...
Be rational...
Be friends...
